Fudia FSD700P series industrial grade SATA DOM delivers all the advantages of Flash Disk technology with the Serial ATA I/II interface, including the smallest form factor and the option of adding DDR II for enhanced random performance. Fudia FSD700P series industrial grade SATA DOM is designed with the form factor of 7 pins SATA signals and could be mounted directly to Host without any effort.
Moreover, Fudia FSD700P series SATA DOM can be operated at a maximum operating frequency of 120 MHz with 30 MHz external crystal, as well as coming with a wide range of product capacity (up to 64 GB). Fudia FSD700 P series SATA DOM offers the performance up to 180 MB/s for read and 75 MB/s for write based on Toshiba 24 nm ONFI/Toggle NAND.
